My driving question was, what factors impact the color of leaves and how?
I wanted to find out more information on this topic, as fall is one of my favorite seasons simply because I love how the leaves change color!

Quinlyn, I got a good education here — definitely did not know that moisture played a role in fall leaf colors, or that certain conditions make leaf color more intense. I have assumed leaves turn the same shade every fall.
